Although the social unrest and Covid-19 outbreak cause the standstill for Hong Kong tourism, he believes virus will die down and flight number will increase back to normal.
He is waiting for the contrail of travelers flights to show up in Hong Kong and is going to serve travelers in his private car tour service.
Frank is actually optimistic about the return of travelers to Hong Kong again later.
